FC Advises Public to Avoid Non-Essential Travel on Nokkundi–Taftan Highway After 10 PM

Nokkundi: Frontier Corps (FC) Balochistan (South) Taftan Rifles has strengthened nighttime patrols and surveillance along the Nokkundi–Taftan Highway to enhance security, prevent potential terrorist threats, and ensure the safety of residents and travelers.

According to an official statement, FC Balochistan (South) Taftan Rifles is working around the clock to maintain law and order and promote lasting peace in the region. Continuous patrols have been intensified on the highway and at other sensitive locations to detect and respond promptly to any suspicious activity.

The FC has appealed to the public, particularly residents of Nokkundi, to avoid unnecessary travel after 10:00 p.m. and refrain from using the Nokkundi–Taftan Highway at night unless absolutely necessary.

Citizens have also been urged to cooperate fully with security personnel during patrols and security checks and to immediately report any suspicious individuals, vehicles, or activities to the relevant authorities.

The statement emphasized that these precautionary measures are intended solely to protect lives and property, strengthen law and order, and thwart any attempts by hostile elements to disrupt peace. It added that public cooperation remains essential for maintaining lasting security in the area.
