Ziyan Ali Khan Named Best Swimmer in U-12 Category at Governor Punjab Swimming Championship 2026
Lahore:Rising Pakistani swimming talent Ziyan Ali Khan delivered an outstanding performance at the 1st Governor Punjab Swimming Championship 2026, earning the **Best Swimmer** title in the Under-12 category.
Ziyan, the son of journalist and TV anchor Mansoor Ali Khan, won a total of **three gold medals and two silver medals** during the championship.
He secured gold medals in the **50m Backstroke**, **100m Backstroke**, and **100m Freestyle**, showcasing his speed and consistency across multiple events.
In addition to his gold-medal victories, Ziyan claimed silver medals in the **200m Freestyle** and the challenging **200m Individual Medley**, which tests swimmers across all four competitive strokes.
This is not the first major achievement for the young swimmer. Ziyan Ali Khan is also the **national record holder in the Under-10 50m Backstroke**, further cementing his reputation as one of Pakistan’s most promising young swimming talents.
