Trump Says U.S. Struck Iranian Military Targets Following Ceasefire Violation

Washington, D.C.:U.S. President **Donald Trump** has announced that American aircraft carried out strikes against Iranian military targets following what he described as a violation of a ceasefire agreement by Iran.

In a statement posted on his social media platform, **Truth Social**, Trump said U.S. forces targeted **Iranian missile and drone storage facilities, coastal radar installations, and other military sites**.

He warned that there could come a point when the United States would no longer be able to exercise restraint and might be forced to complete the military campaign it had already begun.

> “There may come a time when we can no longer show restraint and will have to complete the military action we have successfully started. If that happens, Iran’s existence will not remain,” Trump wrote.

Earlier, the **U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM)** also announced that American forces had conducted strikes against **Iran’s military surveillance systems, communications infrastructure, air defense installations, drone storage facilities, and mine-laying capabilities**.

According to CENTCOM, the operation was carried out **in response to what it described as Iranian aggression and attacks on commercial vessels in the Strait of Hormuz**.

The statements from both President Trump and CENTCOM signal a significant escalation in tensions between the United States and Iran following the reported ceasefire violation.
