India: Prominent Businessman Commits Suicide by Jumping from 17th Floor

**Islamabad (Qudrat Daily):** In **Pune, India**, **Sunil Moti Lal Sadarangani**, a 60-year-old well-known businessman and owner of the famous **Multani Bakery** in Sholapur, Maharashtra, tragically ended his life by jumping from the 17th floor of a residential building.

According to **Vijaypur police**, the incident occurred on Wednesday when Sadarangani climbed the stairs to the 17th floor instead of using the elevator. Eyewitnesses reported seeing him praying on the rooftop before the suicide attempt.

Residents immediately informed the building’s security staff, who rushed to the rooftop and convinced him to come down. However, after claiming he had left his keys on the rooftop, Sadarangani returned to the 17th floor and jumped, resulting in his instant death.

Police recovered the body and transferred it to a hospital. An **accidental death case** has been registered, and investigations have begun. The exact reason for his suicide remains unknown, and no suicide note has been found.
