Five Terrorists Killed in CTD Encounter in Attock, Punjab

ATTOCK: Five terrorists were killed in an exchange of fire with the Counter Terrorism Department (Counter Terrorism Department Punjab) near Attock, according to a spokesperson.

The CTD spokesperson said the encounter took place when a raid was conducted to arrest suspected militants. During the operation, an exchange of fire occurred in which five terrorists were killed on the spot.

Weapons and explosives were recovered from the deceased, including a suicide vest, hand grenades, two SMGs, ammunition, and explosive material.

The spokesperson added that identification of the killed terrorists is underway. He further stated that the suspects had completed planning attacks in various areas of Punjab.
