PM Shehbaz Sharif Confirms Progress on US-Iran Agreement, Says Peace Deal Text Finalized

Islamabad: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has confirmed progress toward a United States–Iran agreement, stating that the text of a peace deal has been finalized.
In a statement shared on social media, the prime minister said that agreement has been reached on the draft of the peace accord, and Pakistan is now working with both parties to finalize the next steps in the process.
He said that during the mediation efforts, Pakistan is fully aware of ongoing misinformation campaigns by those who allegedly seek to undermine the peace process.
Shehbaz Sharif added that peace is now closer than ever, emphasizing that diplomatic efforts are continuing to ensure successful implementation of the agreement between the two sides.
The prime minister reiterated Pakistan’s commitment to supporting peace initiatives and constructive dialogue at the international level.
