Man Killed After Being Hit by Son-in-Law’s Vehicle in Rahim Yar Khan

RAHIM YAR KHAN: A man was killed after being struck by his son-in-law’s vehicle in the Abbasia area of Rahim Yar Khan, police said on Monday.

According to police, the incident occurred when a domestic dispute escalated during a family visit. The victim’s daughter had reportedly left her husband’s home following a disagreement and was staying with her parents.

Police stated that the son-in-law arrived at the in-laws’ residence accompanied by his mother. During a heated exchange between the families, tensions escalated.

As the son-in-law attempted to leave the house, the victim reportedly stood in front of the vehicle. Police said the son-in-law then struck his father-in-law with the car and fled the scene, resulting in the man’s death on the spot.

Authorities have registered a case and launched an investigation into the incident.
