Saqib Chadhar Claims Possession of His Private Images by Momina Iqbal, Alleges Blackmail Threats

LAHORE: A detailed written statement submitted by PML-N MPA Saqib Chadhar to the National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA) has surfaced, in which he has made fresh allegations against actress Momina Iqbal and her family, claiming possession of his personal photos and videos and expressing fears of blackmail and leakage.

According to the contents of the statement, Saqib Chadhar said that Momina Iqbal has a large number of his personal photographs and videos stored on her mobile phone and other devices, which remain exclusively in her possession. He claimed that he fears these materials could be deleted, misused, or leaked online.

He stated that the two were first introduced in 2020 at a wedding ceremony and later developed a close personal relationship that continued for years. He alleged that they traveled together domestically and internationally, with all expenses reportedly borne by him.

The statement further claims that Chadhar provided expensive gifts to the actress, including luxury vehicles such as a Honda Civic and Toyota Fortuner Legender, along with a Rolex watch. He also alleged that he arranged high-end shopping worth Rs10 million from a Lahore-based store and made additional financial transfers totaling Rs8.3 million to her bank account.

Chadhar further alleged that Momina Iqbal and her family concealed details of her previous marriage and divorce, which later led to a breakdown in their relationship and cancellation of marriage plans in 2025.

He also claimed that after the relationship ended, he was subjected to blackmail attempts involving alleged emails and threats sent by the actress’s sister, including demands for money and payments related to education and travel expenses.

The MPA stated that suspicious individuals had approached his residence in Lahore’s Bahria Town and allegedly warned his driver that private images and videos would be leaked if any legal action was taken against certain individuals.

The NCCIA is currently reviewing statements and evidence submitted by both parties. The allegations remain unverified and are subject to ongoing investigation.
