Shopkeeper Shot Dead in Gujranwala After Asking Customer for Payment

Islamabad (Qudrat Daily) – A young shopkeeper was shot dead in Gujranwala’s Gulshan Rehman area after asking a customer to pay for minced meat services, police said.

According to police officials, the suspect has been arrested following the incident.

Reports stated that the accused had visited the shop to get meat minced but left without making the payment. Later, the shopkeeper went to the suspect’s house to complain and demand the money.

Police said the suspect became enraged during the argument and opened fire, critically injuring the shopkeeper, who later died.

Authorities have taken the accused into custody and further investigation into the incident is underway.
