Senior Pakistan Football Federation Official Dismissed Over Harassment Allegations

Islamabad (KNN) — A senior official of the Pakistan Football Federation (PFF) has been dismissed from service following allegations of harassment, officials confirmed.

According to PFF sources, action was taken after a female referee lodged a complaint against the senior official. He has initially been removed from his position, while further disciplinary proceedings are expected to follow.

Pakistan Football Federation Chief Operating Officer Shahid Niaz Khokhar stated that the federation has a zero-tolerance policy towards harassment and will not tolerate any such behaviour within the institution.

He added that the PFF Disciplinary Committee conducted a detailed investigation into the matter before deciding to terminate the services of the senior official.
