US Releases Second Batch of Declassified UFO Files

The United States Department of Defense has released a second batch of declassified files related to unidentified flying objects (UFOs), often referred to as “flying saucers,” according to official sources.
The newly released material reportedly includes 222 documents containing witness references and observations. One of the files consists of 116 pages of records detailing surveillance and investigations conducted between 1948 and 1950 at a classified facility in New Mexico.
The documents also include 209 reported sightings near military bases, adding to decades of public and governmental interest in unexplained aerial phenomena.
Former US War Secretary Pete Hegseth stated that it is time for the public to review the available information transparently.
However, experts note that the first release of UFO-related files did not provide any conclusive evidence of extraterrestrial technology or the existence of alien life, despite widespread speculation over the years.
