Pakistan Railways Announces Special Eid-ul-Adha Train Schedule

Lahore: Pakistan Railways has announced special train operations for Eid-ul-Adha 2026 to facilitate passengers traveling during the festive season.

According to the schedule, the first special train will depart from Quetta to Rawalpindi on May 24. The second special train will also depart on the same day from Karachi City to Rawalpindi. The third special train will leave Karachi Cantt for Lahore on May 25.

Officials said the special trains will include economy class coaches and power vans to accommodate a large number of passengers during the Eid rush.

The trains will operate at sectional speed limits, and their maximum speed will not exceed 105 km per hour.

Railway authorities stated that the initiative aims to manage increased passenger traffic and ensure smooth travel arrangements during Eid holidays.
