Sonia Hussain Shares Memorable Incident from the Set of Film ‘Saiko’

Karachi: The trailer of the action-packed upcoming film Saiko has recently been released. During the trailer launch event held in Karachi, actress Sonia Hussain shared a memorable incident from the film’s shooting set in an exclusive conversation with Geo Digital.

The actress said that while many scenes during the shoot were challenging, one particular moment remained the most unforgettable.

She recalled that actor Shaan Shahid had instructed her to run towards a door and open it as part of a scene. However, before she could reach it, actress Meera opened the door from the other side.

Sonia Hussain said with a smile that the door hit her head quite hard, causing her to fall down. She added that there were several other scenes during which both she and Meera sustained minor injuries.

She further shared that Meera became deeply immersed in her character during the shoot, which resulted in multiple bruises and injuries. Despite this, Sonia Hussain said the overall experience of working with the cast was enjoyable and memorable.

It is worth mentioning that Saiko, produced under the banner of Geo Films, is set to release nationwide in cinemas on Eid-ul-Adha. The film features a star-studded cast including Shaan Shahid, Sonia Hussain, Meera, Shabbir Jan, and others.
