Peshawar Police Claim Arrest of Dangerous Gang Involved in Multiple Bank Robberies

PESHAWAR: Peshawar Police has claimed to have arrested members of a dangerous gang allegedly involved in a series of bank robberies in different parts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

Speaking to the media, Mian Saeed said the arrested suspects were involved not only in robberies on Warsak Road but also in bank heists carried out on Kohat Road and in Nowshera.

According to police officials, the suspects had allegedly received training from a banned organization and used to conduct surveillance of various banks before carrying out the robberies.

The Capital City Police Officer stated that three suspects out of the seven-member gang have been arrested, while efforts are underway to apprehend the remaining accused.
