Train Services From Balochistan to Rest of Pakistan Restored After Two-Day Suspension

QUETTA: Train services from Balochistan to other parts of the country have been restored after remaining suspended for two days, railway authorities confirmed on Wednesday.
According to officials from Pakistan Railways, train operations from Balochistan were temporarily halted on May 18 and 19 due to unavoidable circumstances.
Railway authorities stated that the Jaffar Express traveling from Quetta to Peshawar was canceled for two days, while the train coming from Peshawar to Quetta operated only up to Jacobabad during the suspension period.
Officials further confirmed that train services to the rest of the country resumed on Wednesday. The Jaffar Express is scheduled to depart from Quetta for Peshawar at its regular time of 9:00 AM today.
Meanwhile, the Jaffar Express traveling from Peshawar is also expected to arrive in Quetta on Wednesday afternoon, according to railway authorities.
