Pakhtunkhwa Milli Awami Party Demands Inquiry Over Alleged Land Grab and “Fake FIR” in Sibi
Sibi (KNN): The district chapter of the Pakhtunkhwa Milli Awami Party (PkMAP) has alleged that ancestral agricultural land of the Marghzani tribe in Bostan Jam area of Sibi has been illegally occupied by Aftab Qasab and Ali Hassan Sianch.
In a statement, the party claimed that due to alleged influence and financial dealings, the concerned SHO registered a “fabricated FIR” against several individuals, including District Senior Assistant Secretary Malik Faqir Muhammad Marghzani, District Executive Member Advocate Inayatullah Khan Marghzani (Supreme Court), Muhammad Siddiq Marghzani (District Assistant Secretary PSO), and 85 notable members of the Marghzani community.
The party strongly condemned the FIR and termed it unjust and politically motivated.
PkMAP leaders have demanded that the Inspector General of Police take immediate notice of the matter and direct the DIG Sibi and SSP Sibi to conduct an impartial investigation. They also called for the withdrawal of the alleged false FIR, recovery of the disputed land, and legal action against the alleged land grabbers.
The statement further warned that if justice is not provided, the party will present all evidence of alleged collusion between the land grabbers and police officials before the media and launch protests, holding the police authorities responsible for any consequences.
