Both Bushra Bibi and Imran Khan Receiving Best Medical Care: Rana Sanaullah
Islamabad: Rana Sanaullah has stated that both Bushra Bibi and Imran Khan are being provided with the best possible medical treatment.
Speaking during a session of the Senate of Pakistan, Rana Sanaullah said that he had discussed meetings with the PTI founder and his health condition. He added that the law does not allow such meetings to be used for political purposes, and warned against turning political narratives into accusations.
He further said that when a political movement succeeds it is called a revolution, but when it fails it is labeled as treason. He alleged that a certain political party has repeatedly targeted the federation and that such behavior does not lead to improvement.
On the other hand, during a session of the National Assembly of Pakistan, opposition leader Mahmood Khan Achakzai demanded clarity from the government regarding when meetings with Imran Khan would be arranged and when he would be shifted to a hospital of his choice.
Meanwhile, PTI leader Barrister Gohar Ali Khan said they fully support the opposition leader’s statement, adding that despite approaching the Supreme Court of Pakistan and High Courts of Pakistan multiple times, they have not received relief. He also claimed that no one is being allowed to meet Imran Khan to assess his health condition.
