Iran Says No Pakistani Ship Will Be Stopped, Energy Supply to Continue

TEHRAN: Iran has announced that no Pakistani energy vessels will be stopped and that energy supplies to Pakistan will continue without interruption.
According to reports, Iranian authorities stated that, keeping in view the energy needs of “brotherly country” Pakistan, necessary supplies will be maintained and maritime movement will not be disrupted.
The statement comes at a time when tensions in the Strait of Hormuz and the broader regional situation have raised concerns in global energy markets, leading to uncertainty over shipping routes and energy security.
Media reports further suggest that vessels carrying liquefied natural gas (LNG) and other energy supplies destined for Pakistan are continuing to pass through secure routes after receiving Iranian clearance.
Officials emphasized that cooperation in the energy sector between the two countries will remain stable despite regional geopolitical challenges.
