Trump Rejects Iran’s Response to US Peace Plan, Calls It ‘Completely Unacceptable’

Washington (Kudrat Daily) — US President Donald Trump has rejected Iran’s response to an American proposal aimed at ending the conflict, calling Tehran’s reply “completely unacceptable.”
In a statement, Trump said he had reviewed the response submitted by Iran’s “so-called representatives” and was dissatisfied with it. “I did not like it at all. It is completely unacceptable,” he remarked.
The US president also delivered sharp criticism of former presidents Barack Obama and Joe Biden over their Iran policies. Trump claimed that Iran has been “playing games” with the United States for decades and has taken advantage of what he described as the weaknesses of previous American administrations.
Trump alleged that Obama provided Iran with billions of dollars and ignored the concerns of Israel and other US allies. Referring to the 2016 cash payment settlement with Tehran, he claimed that Iran was given $1.7 billion in cash, calling Obama “a disastrous leader.”
He further criticized Biden, referring to him as “Sleepy Joe,” and claimed that the current administration’s weakness had emboldened Iran. Trump accused Tehran of targeting Americans through roadside bombs over the past several decades and alleged that Iran had violently suppressed protests inside the country.
In an interview with journalist Sharyl Attkisson, Trump also claimed that the United States could seize Iran’s stockpile of enriched uranium at any time. He warned that if anyone attempted to move the uranium, the US would detect and target them immediately.
Trump asserted that Iran had already been militarily weakened but indicated that operations against Tehran were “not fully over yet.” He further claimed that Iran’s leadership structure had been significantly damaged and reiterated that Iran should never be allowed to obtain nuclear weapons, accusing Tehran of repeatedly violating agreements.
