Trump Warns of Possible Renewed Strikes on Iran, Signals Doubts Over Proposed Deal

Washington:** U.S. President Donald Trump has said that the possibility of launching fresh strikes against Iran remains on the table, claiming that Tehran has not yet paid a significant price for its actions.

In statements shared on his social media platform Truth Social, Trump said he had been briefed about a proposed deal with Iran and would review its exact terms soon. However, he expressed skepticism, saying he could not imagine the предложения being acceptable.

The U.S. president also remarked that Washington’s ability to negotiate with Iran is “unlimited” and described the situation around the Strait of Hormuz as a “friendly blockade,” despite ongoing tensions in the region.

Trump reiterated that he is unhappy with the current situation involving Iran and emphasized that the United States does not want Tehran to acquire nuclear weapons. He also criticized Iran’s leadership, calling it “confused” and lacking unity.

Separately, Trump announced plans to withdraw more than 5,000 U.S. troops from Germany as part of broader military adjustments.

The remarks come amid heightened tensions between Washington and Tehran, with uncertainty continuing over diplomatic efforts and regional stability.
