Eight-Foot Alligator Found in Florida Family’s Backyard Swimming Pool
**Islamabad (Qudrat Daily):** A Florida family had a frightening midnight encounter when a large alligator entered their backyard swimming pool, prompting authorities to intervene.
Rob Emhoff reported that around 1 a.m., his wife let their dog outside and heard strange noises coming from the pool. Upon inspection, the family discovered an alligator diving in the water.
Collier County officials were notified via the non-emergency line, and a trapper arrived within ten minutes. The alligator resisted capture but was eventually sedated, measured, and removed. It was confirmed to be eight feet long.
The family expressed shock at the incident, and authorities warned that such encounters with dangerous alligators, though rare, can occur in the area.
