Major Crackdown in Karachi: Alleged Drug Kingpin ‘Anmol alias Pinky’ Arrested

KARACHI: Law enforcement agencies have carried out a major operation against drug traffickers in Karachi, arresting the alleged head of a narcotics network identified as Anmol alias Pinky.
According to police sources, the suspect had been involved for a long time in supplying expensive drugs, including cocaine and crystal meth (“ice”), in upscale areas of the city.
Officials said the accused was running an organized drug distribution network and had been active in the illegal trade for several years. Preliminary findings suggest she was allegedly involved in narcotics transactions worth millions of rupees on a monthly basis.
The suspect is believed to have dealt in multiple drugs, including cocaine, ice, ecstasy, and party pills. Authorities also revealed that she had branded the packaging used for drug distribution, with boxes reportedly labeled under a distinctive name linked to her alias.
Sources added that the accused had been wanted by police and other law enforcement agencies for years, with multiple raids conducted in efforts to apprehend her. She was also reportedly suspected of supplying drugs to educational institutions.
The suspect has been moved to an undisclosed location for interrogation, where further revelations are expected. Investigators say more arrests could follow as the probe continues.
