Aleema Khan Raises Concerns Over Imran Khan’s Health and Alleged Food Contamination

Islamabad: Aleema Khan, sister of former Prime Minister Imran Khan, has expressed serious concerns about her brother’s health, alleging that harmful substances could be added to his food and drink, potentially worsening his eye condition.
Speaking to the media at Rawalpindi’s Factory Area, she said medical experts had warned that any contamination in food or beverages could further damage his eyesight. She added that if one eye has already been affected, there is a risk the other could also be impacted. Aleema Khan demanded that Imran Khan be shifted to Shifa International Hospital in the presence of family members for proper medical evaluation.
She further claimed that Imran Khan had informed his lawyer, Salman Safdar, that his condition initially improved after the first injection, but subsequent injections have not led to further recovery.
Aleema Khan also rejected reports suggesting that Imran Khan is not exercising, stating that he continues to work out for nearly two and a half hours daily. Despite this, she said, his health appears to be deteriorating, raising further concerns.
Commenting on legal matters, she said Barrister Salman Safdar is representing both Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi, and dismissed criticism against him as baseless propaganda.
Meanwhile, three workers were taken into custody by police for distributing controversial posters at Rawalpindi’s Factory Area and were shifted to a nearby police post. On the same day, family members were reportedly not allowed to meet Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi, despite it being a scheduled ملاقات day, while relatives and supporters remained present outside the site.
