Key Political Meeting Between KP Chief Minister and Mahmood Khan Achakzai
Islamabad: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Suhail Afridi held an important meeting with opposition leader Mahmood Khan Achakzai at his residence, where both leaders discussed the country’s political situation and key national issues in detail.
The meeting was attended by several prominent political figures, including Allama Nasir Abbas, Asad Qaiser, Mustafa Nawaz Khokhar, and Hussain Ahmed Yousafzai.
According to a spokesperson, discussions focused on the health and medical treatment of the PTI founder, challenges in accessing legal documents, and matters related to the provision of justice. Key issues such as the upcoming federal budget, the NFC Award, provincial rights, the overall political landscape, and alleged politically motivated cases were also deliberated.
Both sides agreed to adopt a joint strategy to address national challenges and to strengthen coordination among opposition parties in order to play a more effective political role.
Suhail Afridi said the meeting was held on the instructions of PTI founder Imran Khan, emphasizing the importance of unity among opposition forces in the current political climate.
