Temperature Expected to Rise 5°C Above Normal in Parts of Pakistan: Met Office

The Meteorological Department has forecast that temperatures in various parts of the country will remain up to five degrees Celsius above normal today.
According to the Met Office, dry and hot weather is expected across most regions of Pakistan. In Islamabad and central and southern areas of Punjab, daytime temperatures are likely to remain 3 to 5°C above the seasonal average.
Similarly, in most parts of Sindh and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, temperatures are expected to stay 2 to 4°C higher than normal.
In northeastern and southern districts of Balochistan, the mercury is also forecast to rise up to 4°C above average.
