Saudi Arabia Announces Strict Penalties for Unauthorized Hajj Pilgrims

The Saudi Ministry of Interior has announced strict measures against individuals attempting to perform Hajj without an official permit.

According to the statement, anyone found performing the Hajj without authorization will be immediately deported and banned from entering Saudi Arabia for 10 years.

The ministry further stated that violators will also face fines ranging from 20,000 to 100,000 Saudi riyals.

Authorities said these steps are aimed at ensuring the safety, security, and smooth management of pilgrims, as well as maintaining order during the annual pilgrimage.
