Abu Dhabi Crown Prince Arrives in Beijing on Official Visit to Strengthen Strategic Ties

Beijing: Sheikh Khaled bin Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan has arrived in Beijing on an official visit aimed at deepening the comprehensive strategic partnership between the United Arab Emirates and China.
According to reports, the primary objective of the visit is to explore new opportunities in development and economic cooperation, particularly in trade, investment, and high-potential sectors. Both sides are seeking to advance shared goals of sustainable economic growth and long-term collaboration amid evolving regional and global market conditions.
The visit comes at a time of heightened geopolitical uncertainty, with the UAE continuing to expand its global partnerships, while China—being the world’s second-largest economy—remains a key trade and investment partner for the Gulf state.
Sheikh Khaled is accompanied by a high-level delegation that includes senior officials such as Sheikh Zayed bin Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Khaldoon Khalifa Al Mubarak, Dr. Sultan Ahmed Al Jaber, Mohamed Hassan Al Suwaidi, Dr. Thani bin Ahmed Al Zeyoudi, Lana Zaki Nusseibeh, Saeed Mubarak Al Hajeri, Saif Saeed Ghobash, and Maryam Eid AlMheiri.
Officials said the delegation reflects the strategic nature of the visit, which covers multiple areas including investment, foreign relations, industry, trade, and broader economic cooperation.
