According to party sources, three other leaders — Sajjad Mohmand, Ghulam Badshah Bhittani, and Sardar Khan — will submit their nomination papers as covering candidates.

The decision was made during a meeting chaired by Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Suhail Khan Afridi. Addressing the meeting, the chief minister stated that the party would stand firmly with its workers, leaders, and ideological supporters who remained loyal during difficult times.

He emphasized that those who made sacrifices for the movement, showed resilience despite pressure, and stayed committed to the vision and struggle of PTI founder Imran Khan would continue to receive the party’s full support.

The development comes as the party prepares to fill the vacant Senate seat, with internal unity and loyalty highlighted as key considerations in the nomination process.
