PTI Halts Immediate Senate Nominations, Parliamentary Committee to Announce Candidates Tomorrow

In its first parliamentary committee meeting regarding the upcoming Senate elections, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf made a significant decision by unexpectedly halting the immediate submission of nomination papers for all its candidates.

PTI leader Junaid Akbar instructed party workers not to submit their nomination papers today. He clarified that the parliamentary committee will formally announce the final and reserve candidates for the vacant Senate seat tomorrow. Following this announcement, the designated candidates will submit their nomination papers on Tuesday.

Political analysts suggest that PTI’s strategy appears to be part of internal consultations and may involve a planned surprise.
