BAP Will Remain Independent, Merger Rumors with PML-N Baseless: Farah Azeem Shah

Quetta (Qudrat Daily) – Balochistan Awami Party (BAP) leader and Member of the Provincial Assembly Farah Azeem Shah has strongly rejected reports suggesting a merger of BAP with Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N), calling them fabricated and misleading.

In a statement, she said that BAP is a major and effective political party at the federal level and holds a strong position in the Balochistan Assembly. She emphasized that the party has a clear and distinct identity in Pakistan’s political landscape and is not merging with any other political party.

Farah Azeem Shah further stated that BAP maintains representation in the National Assembly, Senate, and the provincial assembly, and continues to play an active role in safeguarding public rights.

She dismissed the merger rumors as baseless propaganda, reiterating that the party leadership and workers fully reject such claims. She affirmed that BAP will continue to function independently, staying committed to its political ideology and mission of public service.
