Body of Pakistani Citizen Martyred in Israeli Attack in Iran Reaches Home Country

Taftan: The body of Yasir, who was killed in a recent Israeli attack in Iran, has been handed over to his family at the Taftan Border after completion of all legal formalities by the Pakistani embassy.

Yasir’s relatives had arrived at the border the previous day to receive the body. After being handed over to Pakistani authorities and family members, the remains were sent to Karachi, where the funeral prayers and burial schedule will be officially announced.

Yasir had been martyred during the recent Israeli military action in Iran, prompting efforts at both governmental and diplomatic levels for his repatriation.
