Curfew Eased in Zhob After Key Meeting Between Nawab Sanaullah Zehri and Security Officials

Khadar (Qudrat Roznama) – Following a high-level meeting between former Balochistan Chief Minister and PPP central leader Nawab Sanaullah Zehri, FC Commandant Qalat Scouts Irfan Bangash, and DIG Police Qalat Range, authorities have decided to ease the curfew in Zhob, ensuring minimal disruption to daily life.

During the meeting, the officials discussed the security situation in Jhalawan and Zhob, particularly the challenges posed by the ongoing curfew. Nawab Zehri highlighted the difficulties faced by citizens due to the restrictions and urged security forces to consider public welfare.

The FC Commandant and senior officials assured Nawab Zehri that the curfew would be relaxed while maintaining law and order, emphasizing that no undue restrictions or harassment of the public would occur. Security officials also confirmed that all educational institutions would remain open and students’ movement would not be hindered.

Nawab Zehri urged citizens to cooperate with security forces to restore peace in the region and said another meeting would be held soon to consider lifting the curfew completely. He emphasized that ensuring safety and addressing public concerns is a shared responsibility of the authorities and local leadership.

District Chairman Khuzdar Haji Salahuddin Zehri, Abdullah Azad Zehri, and other party members were also present at the meeting.
