PM Shehbaz Sharif, Bilawal Bhutto Hold Key Meeting on Regional Tensions and National Security

Islamabad: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and Bilawal Bhutto Zardari held a high-level meeting to discuss Pakistan’s strategic role amid growing regional tensions and national security challenges. The leaders reviewed the evolving situation in the Middle East, particularly the rising strain between Iran and United States, and deliberated on Pakistan’s potential diplomatic initiatives.

During the meeting, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif briefed Bilawal Bhutto Zardari on the government’s ongoing measures and international diplomatic efforts, ensuring full transparency and trust between the leadership.

The meeting was attended by federal ministers as well as Murad Ali Shah and Sarfaraz Bugti, who provided detailed briefings on law-and-order situations in their provinces and the “smart lockdown” strategies implemented to manage recent challenges. The Prime Minister appreciated the provincial measures and assured full federal support.
