Aleema Khan Rejects ‘Deal’ Rumors, Raises Concerns Over Imran Khan’s Secret Medical Procedure

Rawalpindi: Aleema Khan, sister of Imran Khan, has dismissed circulating rumors of a political “deal” as baseless, while expressing serious concerns over her brother’s health and alleged lack of transparency regarding his medical treatment.
Speaking to the media outside Adiala Jail, Aleema Khan said it was “ridiculous” to suggest any deal involving a person who has been “unjustly imprisoned” for nearly three years. She also criticized authorities for denying family ملاقات even during Eid, calling it a violation of jail rules and basic rights.
Raising alarm over what she described as a “third secret medical procedure” related to Imran Khan’s eye, she claimed the family only learned about it through social media. She further alleged that prison authorities have refused to allow personal doctors to examine him, warning that the situation could indicate a serious underlying issue.
Meanwhile, Noreen Niazi also rejected speculation about any deal, stating that such arrangements are typically sought by individuals with foreign assets, not by someone she described as an “innocent political prisoner.” She added that concerns over Imran Khan’s health and detention are now gaining international attention.
The statements come amid ongoing political tensions, with the opposition continuing to question the legality of Imran Khan’s imprisonment and the conditions of his confinement.
