Farhana Maqsood Levels Serious Allegations Against Humayun Saeed and Production Team

Islamabad: Pakistani actress Farhana Maqsood recently described her experience working with renowned actor and producer Humayun Saeed as unpleasant during a podcast interview.

Farhana Maqsood claimed that she faced unfair treatment during the filming of “Main Hoon Shahid Afridi.” According to her, she was initially told that the project was a telefilm, but upon arriving on set, she discovered it was actually a feature film.

Despite the unexpected situation, the actress continued working, citing her belief in supporting fellow artists. She also alleged that her payment was made according to telefilm rates, even though the project was a full-fledged feature film—a development she described as both surprising and disappointing.

Furthermore, Farhana stated that her name was excluded from the official cast list upon the film’s release. She added that she was not credited, nor invited to promotional events or the film’s premiere, which she considers a clear injustice toward her.
