NADRA Warns Citizens Against Fake Websites, Shares Official Portal Link

The **National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA)** has issued a warning to citizens about fake websites impersonating the agency, urging them to use only official portals to avoid fraud and data theft.

NADRA identified a fraudulent visa portal with the link: [https://www.visa.nadragov.online](https://www.visa.nadragov.online). The agency clarified that this website is **not affiliated with NADRA** and could potentially be used to steal personal and financial information from users.

Citizens are advised **not to access the fake site or share any personal details**. NADRA’s official visa portal is accessible only at [https://visa.nadra.gov.pk/](https://visa.nadra.gov.pk/). The authority emphasized that all official services should be used through **.gov.pk domains** to ensure authenticity.

Meanwhile, the **National Cyber Emergency Response Team (NCERT)** has issued a new advisory highlighting that **nine fake NADRA-style websites** were blocked in the past month for attempting to steal users’ personal information.

The advisory also cautioned citizens against sharing sensitive data without verification and warned against clicking suspicious email or SMS links.

Both NADRA and NCERT remain actively engaged in combating misleading cyber activities to protect citizens’ data and digital security.
