NADRA Introduces New Facility for Issuance of B-Form for Children Up to 10 Years

Islamabad: National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has introduced a new facility to simplify the issuance of the Child Registration Certificate (B-Form) for children up to the age of 10.

Under the new initiative, parents can now submit B-Form applications at nearby e-Sahulat centers, making the process more accessible and convenient. Previously, applicants often had to visit major NADRA offices to complete the procedure.

According to NADRA officials, parents must present the child’s birth certificate issued by the relevant Union Council when submitting the application, as it is a mandatory document for the registration process.

Authorities stated that the new facility aims to make the registration process easier and more accessible, allowing families to complete the B-Form application near their homes without visiting large registration offices.
