ARY Media Group Acquires Digital Network ‘Nukta’; Kamran Khan Appointed Chairman

Islamabad: ARY Digital Network has acquired a majority stake in the digital media platform Nukta, bringing the platform into its expanding international media network.
Following the acquisition, Nukta will now operate as part of the ARY Group’s global media network while continuing its operations from its headquarters in Dubai.
The founder of Nukta and veteran journalist Kamran Khan, who has more than 42 years of experience in journalism, has been appointed Chairman of ARY News and Nukta. His appointment marks a significant step in integrating digital and broadcast journalism within the ARY network.

Founder and Group CEO of ARY Digital Network, Salman Iqbal, said that the media landscape is evolving rapidly and ARY has always remained at the forefront of this transformation. He added that bringing Nukta into the group’s ecosystem will further strengthen ARY’s digital presence and expand its leadership in global broadcasting.
Iqbal also stated that the integrated platform will deliver strong journalism suited to the digital era and present stories in a modern and engaging way.
Meanwhile, Kamran Khan’s well-known program On My Radar will soon begin airing on ARY News as well, further expanding the digital and broadcast reach of both Nukta and ARY.
