Gold Prices Drop Amid Iran Conflict, Silver Prices Rise in Pakistan

Pakistan – The ongoing conflict in Iran has contributed to a **continuous decline in gold prices** in Pakistan over the past four days. During this period, the **price of gold per tola fell by PKR 30,100**.
On the latest trading day, gold dropped by **PKR 3,400 per tola**, bringing the **new price to PKR 533,762**. Similarly, the price of **10 grams of gold decreased by PKR 2,915**, with the updated rate now at **PKR 457,614**.
The fall in local gold prices mirrors movements in the **international market**, where the price of gold per ounce dropped by **$34**, settling at **$5,110 per ounce**.
Meanwhile, the price of **silver in Pakistan increased**. Silver rose by **PKR 104 per tola**, bringing the new rate to **PKR 8,914 per tola**.
Market analysts attribute these fluctuations to geopolitical tensions in the region, which continue to influence precious metal prices both domestically and globally.
