Pakistan Announces Hajj Flight Schedule; First Departure on April 18

A major relief for intending pilgrims as Pakistan has officially released the Hajj flight schedule for this year, with the first Hajj flight set to depart on April 18.
Under the government Hajj scheme, a total of **468 flights** will transport approximately **119,000 pilgrims** to the holy cities in Saudi Arabia.
### First Flights from Four Cities
According to sources, the first flights on April 18 will depart from:
* Karachi
* Lahore
* Sialkot
* Multan
On the opening day of the Hajj operation, four flights will carry pilgrims to Medina.
### Phased Hajj Operation
For the first 15 days, pilgrims will be flown to Medina. Hajj flights to Jeddah will begin on May 4.
The first long-haul flight to Medina is scheduled for May 7, while the final Hajj flight from Pakistan will depart on May 21. Overall, the Hajj flight operation will continue for **34 days**.
Authorities have advised pilgrims to strictly follow travel guidelines and report to their respective airports as per the schedule to ensure smooth operations.
