Leaves of Senior Police Officers Cancelled in Islamabad Amid Current Situation

**Islamabad:** In view of the prevailing situation in the country, authorities have cancelled the leaves of senior police officers in Islamabad.

According to official directives, all supervisory police officers have been instructed to report back to duty immediately. Previously approved leaves have also been withdrawn with immediate effect to ensure full operational readiness and maintain law and order.

Meanwhile, in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, authorities in the district of Bajaur have imposed a ban on pillion riding (double riding on motorcycles) for one month. The restriction has been enforced as a precautionary measure to strengthen security and prevent any untoward incidents.

Officials stated that these steps are part of broader efforts to maintain public safety and ensure stability during the current circumstances.
