Drone Attack Attempts Foiled in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, No Casualties Reported

Islamabad: Federal Information Minister Attaullah Tarar said that attempted small-drone attacks by militants were foiled in multiple areas of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, including Abbottabad, Swat, and Nowshera.
In a statement posted on X, formerly known as Twitter, the minister said that the attacks were carried out using small drones but were successfully neutralized mid-air by anti-drone systems. He confirmed that no casualties were reported in the incidents.
Fitna al khawarij terrorists have attempted to launch small drones in Abbotabad, Swabi and Nowshera. Anti Drone Systems have brought down all the drones. No damage to life.
The incidents have again exposed direct linkages between Afghan Taliban Regime and Terrorism in Pakistan.

Tarar added that such incidents once again point toward possible links between terrorist elements and the Afghan Taliban.
He emphasized that Pakistan’s security forces remain fully vigilant and prepared to thwart any kind of terrorist attack.
