DG PR Instructs District Officers to Promote CM’s Welfare Initiatives Through Effective Media Strategy

**Quetta:** In a key meeting chaired by Director General Public Relations (DG PR) Balochistan Askar Khan, divisional and district officers reviewed weekly performance with a focus on enhancing public awareness of ongoing development and welfare initiatives. The session was attended by Director Publicity Saeed Ahmed Shahwani and In-Charge Digital Lab Wahaj Suleman.

The meeting emphasized the special directives of Chief Minister Balochistan Mir Sarfaraz Bugti regarding provincial development projects, particularly the ration package, price control committee, and other public welfare programs. DG PR Askar Khan instructed district officers to adopt an effective media strategy to highlight these initiatives, including producing and sharing videos to ensure government actions reach the public efficiently.

He stressed that accurate and positive information strengthens public trust while reinforcing transparency and accountability. Monthly performance reviews of district officers will be conducted, with reports submitted to senior officials for evaluation.
