34 Militants Killed in Security Operations Across North Waziristan, Lakki Marwat, and Zhob

**Rawalpindi:** Security forces conducted coordinated operations in North Waziristan, Lakki Marwat, and Zhob, eliminating 34 militants, according to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR).

In North Waziristan, forces received intelligence of an attempt by a militant group to infiltrate across the Pakistan-Afghanistan border near Mir Ali and Hasan Khel. The infiltration was successfully foiled, and 13 militants were killed in a precise and professional operation.

Simultaneously, an intelligence-based operation in Lakki Marwat and Bannu districts resulted in the elimination of 13 more militants. In Zhob’s Sambaza area, 8 terrorists were killed, with authorities recovering a significant quantity of weapons and explosives from the deceased.

The ISPR stated that clearance operations are ongoing in the region to eliminate remaining militants reportedly operating under Indian sponsorship. The counterterrorism campaign under the “Azm-e-Istihkam” initiative will continue at full pace to ensure stability and security in the affected areas.
