Sons Arrested for Stepfather’s Murder Over Mother’s Marriage

Rawalpindi: Police have arrested two brothers who allegedly killed their stepfather a month ago, officials said.

According to a spokesperson for Rawalpindi Police, the brothers were upset over their mother’s remarriage, which led them to fatally shoot their stepfather.

The suspects had gone into hiding after the incident, but the Cantt Police, using technical and human intelligence sources, were able to track them down and make the arrests.

Babur Mumtaz Khan, Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Potohar, stated that the suspects will be presented before the court with solid evidence to ensure they receive justice.
