PTI Chairman Barrister Gohar Demands Transfer of Imran Khan to Shifa International Hospital
Chairman of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), Barrister Gohar Ali Khan, has demanded that party founder Imran Khan be shifted to Shifa International Hospital for medical treatment and that his examination be conducted in the presence of his personal physicians.
Reacting to Imran Khan’s transfer to Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS) for an eye examination, Barrister Gohar said he had been informed about the medical check-up and received details after the examination was completed.
In an exclusive conversation with Geo News, Gohar stated that he was told a follow-up procedure related to the PTI founder’s eye had been carried out. He emphasized that the party’s demands are the same as those of Imran Khan’s family.
“Our first demand is that the PTI founder be shifted to Shifa International Hospital,” Gohar said. “Our second demand is that his medical examination be conducted in the presence of his personal doctors.”
The PTI leadership has repeatedly expressed concerns over the medical care being provided to Imran Khan and has called for greater transparency regarding his health condition.
