Report Submitted to Supreme Court Details Facilities Provided to Imran Khan at Adiala Jail

**Islamabad:** A report outlining the facilities available to Imran Khan at Adiala Jail has been submitted to the Supreme Court of Pakistan.

The three-page report was filed by the Superintendent of Adiala Jail, detailing the accommodation and amenities provided to the former prime minister, who is also the founder of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI).

According to the report, Imran Khan is housed in Compound 7, which consists of seven cells. A 57-foot-long and 14-foot-wide corridor is located in front of his cell, while a lawn measuring 35 by 37 feet adjoins the compound. The facility has the capacity to house 30 to 35 inmates.

The report states that Imran Khan spends time in the lawn reading books and newspapers and taking sunlight. He has also been provided with a cycling machine and other gym equipment for exercise.

Details of his daily diet were also included in the report. For breakfast, he is served dates, walnuts, honey, coffee, porridge, lassi, warm milk, chia seeds, and fresh juices including sweet lime and pomegranate.

For lunch, he is provided with desi chicken, mutton, salad, mixed pickle, potato chips, fried egg, and mixed lentils. In the evening, he consumes almonds, raisins, grated coconut, milk, dates, banana, and apple shake.

The report further mentions that he has access to natural light and fresh air from morning until evening. It adds that Imran Khan is being kept in a secure environment and has been provided with “better class” facilities at the jail.
