UAE’s Security and Stability Integral to Pakistan’s Security: Field Marshal Asim Munir

Rawalpindi: Chief of Defence Forces, Field Marshal Asim Munir, has stated that the security and stability of the United Arab Emirates are integral to Pakistan’s own security.
According to the media wing of the Pakistan Armed Forces, Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), Field Marshal Asim Munir met with UAE Deputy Ruler and National Security Adviser Sheikh Tahnoon bin Zayed Al Nahyan in Abu Dhabi.
During the meeting, both sides discussed bilateral cooperation, particularly in the areas of economy, investment, and security. The two leaders also exchanged views on the regional situation and emphasized the importance of continued coordination to promote peace and stability.
The ISPR stated that the Field Marshal expressed gratitude for the UAE’s consistent support to Pakistan, describing it as a reflection of the deep-rooted historical ties between the two brotherly nations.
He also appreciated the constructive role played by the Emirati leadership in promoting economic and social development in Pakistan, highlighting the longstanding relationship and strong strategic partnership between the two countries.
Reaffirming Pakistan’s commitment, Field Marshal Asim Munir said that the UAE’s security and stability remain an essential component of Pakistan’s security framework.
