Mahira Khan Announces Temporary Break from Films

Lahore: Renowned Pakistani actress Mahira Khan has announced that she is taking a temporary break from films.

The actress made the statement during the trailer launch event of her upcoming movie, where she spoke about her future plans in the entertainment industry.

Mahira said she has decided not to sign any new film projects for the time being. “I am taking a short break because I am currently working on a television serial, and it is not possible to manage two projects simultaneously,” she explained.

She added that she would only consider returning to films if an exceptional project comes her way, hinting that she intends to be more selective and thoughtful in choosing her future roles.
