Promises to the Public Will Be Fulfilled, Addressing Citizens’ Issues Remains Top Priority:

**Quetta (Qudrat Daily):** Parliamentary Secretary for Transport, **Mir Liaqat Lahri**, stated that the promises made to the public during the elections will, God willing, be fulfilled under all circumstances. He emphasized that the government is utilizing all available resources for public welfare and will not tolerate any negligence or lapses.
He made these remarks on Tuesday during a meeting with tribal elders, public representatives, and various delegations at his office. During the meeting, the delegations highlighted the basic issues facing their areas, particularly regarding transport, roads, water, electricity, and other civic facilities.
Mir Liaqat Lahri assured that these issues would be addressed with full attention, seriousness, and diligence, affirming that resolving citizens’ problems remains a top priority of the government. He instructed the relevant department officials that no negligence or delay will be tolerated in resolving public concerns, and all matters must be handled promptly according to rules and regulations.
The Parliamentary Secretary further said that serving the public is a sacred responsibility and that effective and sustainable solutions to problems are only possible through collaboration between representatives and citizens. He added that development projects worth billions of rupees are ongoing in his constituency, which will benefit the public, and any negligence in these projects will not be tolerated.
